The trailer shook like a nuclear powered vibrator and despite having the furniture properly wrapped and positioned, it moved significantly and was damaged (a brand new leather chair wrapped and padded and loaded by the seller). The interior of the trailer on initial inspection looked clean but had a fine coating of black dust throughout that got all over the furniture, which I unloaded at night and placed on my wife's white rug. I called the u haul company 3 times during the trip about the shaking (starting at 20 miles into a 250 mile trip) with my concerns and Jose' told me to keep going. Now I have a new scratched desk and damaged leather chair. On a lighter note the loud sound from the shaking damaged my hearing so now I can't hear my wife chewing on me about the new rug that has coal dust all over it. I have used u haul before and this was my first bad experience
