At this drop off location, Janine Greer was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and she went over what I had to do before leaving. If it weren't for Janine, I wouldn't have known to sweep out the U-Haul and would have probably been fined. She even let me borrow a broom to sweep it out. The people at the rental pick up location in Iowa did not add on the miles for driving to and from my home with the U-Haul, which is an hour one way. I was going to be fined even though they failed to add those miles on. Janine was very helpful and was able to add them on so that I wouldn't be fined. Thanks to Janine, I will definitely be returning to U-Haul for future moves.

I have contacted the company about a clean fee i was charged on saturday April 29, 2017 and still havent heard back. I returned the truck full of gas and swept out. This is very frustrating and I will use another company next time.

I think it would be a great idea if you advertised the cost of the rental with the insurance and taxes etc included. My friend rented a truck from another location about six months ago, and was not charged all the fees that I was. Perhaps though there are new fees that went into effect since he rented.

The 9' cargo van was great. Back up camera and really easy to drive. Made a couple of trips for a one bed room apartment. Went to location on Route 88. The woman working, not sure her name, was fantastic. She really helped out. I ended up saving money because I rented for 24 hours. Will definitely return if I need a van.

I understand that these vehicles take a beating, but transmission seemed "off" and like it was about to quit, also alignment seemed out. The truck was very dirty, ironic considering I would be charged $25 if I didn't sweep it out, but was given to me dirtier than I returned it. Otherwise, pleasant and helpful staff, good equipment rental, convenient location, all made things easier on moving day.

Bed of cargo van was a bit dirty. It probably should have been cleaned before I picked up. Otherwise, the service and equipment were great.

There was an issue with the allotted mileage. The attendant was able to add more mileage but the price increased by $16 to add 12 miles. She was unable to fix anything.

The folks at Rt. 88 Storage U-Haul were very friendly. The location was clean and organized, and also conveniently located next to a Sheetz which made refueling a breeze. I will definitely go back there again and highly recommend to others.

Very Happy UHaul sent me this link. First I would love to commend the staff at the Hiilside Drive location. Having lived in San Francisco ,NYC, and Los Angeles over the last twenty five years and having moved a great deal over the years I`ve come to depend on UHAUL. Moving back to my home town {Pittsburgh} and the passing of my Mother recently; this particular location was a God send to my family. Moving my mother to a nursing home, moving out after She had past. Storing antique furniture in a temperature controlled environment. Access to fast an easy moving van rentals. But most of all the small staff at this location is a great deal more than just professional. You walk into the office ,they know by name and treat you like family. Thank You RT88 Self Storage.
