The Millers were most helpful. Our online reservation confirmed 11 a.m. pickup, but the previous renter had extended their rental period at about the same time. The Millers called about the conflict and were most accommodating in working out an alternative the next day, which was a day off for them. We really appreciated their cooperaton.

Nikki CYour app was very difficult to use. I kept receiving error messages which delayed my pickup. The app required acknowledgement of documents but it was not readily apparent how to do that. The retailer did not provide posted instructions on the checkout procedure. All the equipment was provided in good order and the vehicle was clean.
