Your app was very difficult to use. I kept receiving error messages which delayed my pickup. The app required acknowledgement of documents but it was not readily apparent how to do that. The retailer did not provide posted instructions on the checkout procedure. All the equipment was provided in good order and the vehicle was clean.

RAMONA HWhen i made the reservation online, Miller Feed in Bigfork was not notified. I received a call from a Mary that I would need to pick up in Kalispell instead. I called Miller Feed and talked to Tamara, and she said she had no record of it. I gave her the reservation number, and she was able to pull it over to her location and even went into Kalispell and brought the trailer back to Bigfork for me. Something is off with the system that the preferred pickup location was not notified, and somebody at U-Haul just thought they would tell me to drive 15 miles further to pick up the trailer.
