Hire staff that actually enjoys working with customers. My experience with this location left me feeling that I was less than. I was talked to like I was a dog with no feelings. The guy was upset that he actually had to do work and messed up on my paper work. I brought it to his attention and he just brushed it off and told me not to worry about and just sign. Once he realized his drawer would be short he called his GM. She told him to charge my card again and he told her he doubt if I have that much money. I was standing right in front of him and was shocked. He refunded me cash and told me to go to the bank and deposit the cash then come back which was a inconvience because he should have done his job right the first time. Gregory Williams was extremley rude and disrespectful to me. He did not care that he made things difficult for me. I will NEVER go back to this location. I will take my chances and go somewhere else. And FYI Gregory Williams IT IS 2017 AND WOMEN HAVE RIGHTS AND WE DESERVE RESPECT!!!!!!

Upon arrival I had to wait because there was only one person working. The associate prepared my transaction while also trying to conduct business on the phone and came across quite rude to not only me but everyone she assisted. It took literally an hour and 38 mins from my arrival to my departure. This was due to several factors 1)the 1st truck I rcvd had a dangerously low tire tread 2)the 2nd truck had a lift door that got stuck and wouldn't go back down and 3)the final truck had less fuel than noted on the paperwork and had to be called to her attention for correction but I again had to wait because she was assisting someone needing propane. On top of all that,each time she gave me keys for a different truck,I had to go get it myself and fold I mirrors on the adjacent truck because they were parked so tightly together ! I've rented from Uhaul on many occasions and this is by far the worst ! And the icing on the cake,they emailed me a receipt that has an address that isn't mine,charged me for moving blankets I didn't use and charged add'l to my card w/out reaching out to me first to confirm the charges as correct !!! Looks like Uhaul has helped me make up my mind to use a different company for any future truck rental needs !!!!!

In the past I have been pleased with uhaul my last encounter with uhaul was horrible and disrespectful. It was two ladies that waited on me...treate. They were disrespectful and nonprofessional never been treated like that at a business. The truck stopped three times while moving....returning the truck I asked the cashier do I get a little refund for the problem which delayed us she said rudely you should have called road service we got a jump several times.In telling me my bill she said I had truck 2 days I asked for an itemized list she got smart.I'm 69 yrs old I didn't deserved that I talked to them nicely.Thank you.

We rented a van to move with and the mileage was wrong . we returnef the van in upon that... I was told that i went 60 miles .. I do not like sealing miles.. Come on man!!!

The trailer my son picked up the brake lights were not working and they didn't have another trailer to accommodate. The staff proceeded to persuade my son to purchase a light kit...torally unacceptable..he did not buy the kit but the staff was rude and disrespectful . We will not be back to this location in Alabama !

I tried using the online reservations process, confirmed for a location close to me and then got a text later in the day changing the location. Then scheduled through phone call for second location close to me and received a message later changing to the Fairfield location which is not close to me. Not a good process for scheduling.

After two attempts of renting at other locations and not being open at all, your representative O.J. went above unexpected in getting us a new truck at this location. Me and my husband had only this day to get our belongings from Alabama to Tennessee and he made sure we had it. He even went the extra yard to see if we had everything to connect which we knew nothing about. But he had us and made sure we had everything we needed and connected it for us to be on our long journey. Thanks so much.

Lower the mileage rate . customers expect when they rent a uhaul on a first time bases to get the uhaul for that particular price and being held responsible for gas for example I rented a 10' for 19.95 I was charge .99 per mile I had 40 miles plus I had to fill the tank back up my total was $77.00 but when I called to reserve the lady said I will only have to pay for the uhaul and be responsible for filling the tank back up I am totally dissatisfied with my first time experience.

I will never use this company again. I had the worst experience and was told so many lies I was suppose to get a 50.00 credit for the incontinence of what I went through I talked to several people and they all verified that I was due the 50.00 credit per Nicole and the notes on my account. Poor customer service.
