Great service! We didn't know our move date until a week out (little bit of a surprise) I felt both people I talked to were helpful and expedited my reservation. I was especially reassured that if the 15' truck I wanted was unavailable I would either get one from another location or an upgrade. We did end up with the upgrade and it was a lucky day for me as the loading was much easier.
