Akendra CEvery thing was great. The New employee was great took his time.
JUSTIN SI dropped the trailer off at the designated location on Monday July 6 only to find that as of July 1 the U-haul person is only there on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The lady at the counter said I could leave the trailer and the U-Haul person would check it in tomorrow. I got a call from someone from U-Haul asking me when I was going to bring the trailer in. I told her that I did on Monday and what the situation was with it only being open three days a week. I got a receipt via email later so I believe they got clarification I had indeed returned it. The only reason I would recommend this location is I believe it’s the only option.
