Adrian was great!
KEVIN MAgent should have explained to the customer that the reserved trailer required a 4-point connection to the brake light system of the trailer from the towing vehicle. ... Or the client needed to purchase an adapter to make sure that he could connect to the four point electrical connection on the trailer. because this wasn't explain I lost almost an hour of effort having to leave and go by and adapter to make sure I could connect correctly to the trailer. All of that could have been done in advanced had the agent explain that during the reservation discussion.
DANIEL AThe guy that helped us was outstanding :)
Christopher rAdrian customer service skills were second to none. However, as soon as we drove out we noticed the windshield was not clean but decided to clean it at the next gas station. Pulling out of the parking lot we also notice the engine kind of acting up, we felt perhaps the engine was cold trusting the trucks are checked for safety after every rental. Two hours later the engine was making noises and the light - service traction- and -ABS came up. By the third hour, after a restroom break, the truck stopped and would not move at all. Contacted road assistance and after what it seemed to be ages we were on our way to Vegas in a towing track. We missed the special birthday planned dinner with friends and show. A delay of six hours in the middle of the cold and windy road. Something I don’t wish to my worst enemy. The last time the truck was service according to the records was back in January. With 130K miles and heavy use you would think this would be more frequent. According to the mechanic the oil was super burnt and the transmission wasn’t working. A total total nightmare!
