The rear door of the 6x12 trailer was virtually inoperable and took 2 men to raise. The two phone people at corporate were no help whatsoever. I will never, NEVER! rent from Uhaul again and will make sure all of my friends and acquaintances know of this experience!!!

The location personnel indicated that they are new to doing U-Haul business and they clearly did not understand how to rent the equipment. I regularly rent this type of equipment and a few minutes is all the time it should take. I was there for approximately 40 minutes and I hooked up the equipment myself. Suggest strongly that you do some on-site training with personnel there or/ as an alternative, move the equipment to the folks on Deadwood Avenue who know what they are doing. I would decline to rent anything at this location in the future and believe that if you experienced what I did that you would feel the same.
