The remote option for acquiring a vehicle is not a consistent service!! I ended up with a vehicle I did reserve due to my original reservation being cancelled at no fault of my own. The vehicle appears to have been rented and not returned at the time promised so my original reserved vehicle was not available for me to take. The system has to learn to account for these occurrences in order to not inconvenience consumers!
