It took 75 minutes to pick up the truck during period the counter was closed. "U-Haul is not responding" was the main and repeated response I received during this period.

Scott FThe lock was an issue to retrieve the truck keys. I did not know where to find the lock combination which took 30 minutes to figure out. I checked the email receipt where I found the combination to the lock. The chat agent also made my time run out, it made ne nervous losing time. All other instructions were easy to navigate.
