Lise vil n’y avait aucun personnel présent pour aider au retour du camion, ce qui complique la procédure. Une présence ou un service de réception plus accessible serait fortement souhaitable pour améliorer l’expérience client. English : no staff were present to assist with the truck return, which complicated the process. Having staff available or more accessible drop-off service would greatly improve the customer experience.
