I rented a dozen moving blankets, but after the move I counted only eleven. Since I had hired two movers, I cannot state with certainty what happened or when the missing blanket went unaccounted for.

Daniel BNous avions réservé un 15 pieds, mais il en avait plus donc nous avons eu un 10 pieds et ce fut l'enfer, car nous avons dû faire deux voyages. Je crois que de nous offrir un plus grand, vu que c'était votre erreur aurait été beaucoup plus approprié. We had booked a 15-footer, but they were out of them, so we got a 10-footer, and it was a nightmare because we had to make two trips. I think offering us a larger one, given that it was your mistake, would have been much more appropriate.
