the gentleman at UHAUL was very helpful
Tracey DI reserved a cargo van and that was fine. Pick up and drop of were fine. I ordered moving blankets and a hand truck which were not on the truck when I arrived. I never received them and I needed them. Called U-Haul customer service and the best they could do was advise me to go to another location 10 miles away for the items. Way out of my my and time. Went to Lowe’s and bought a hand truck for $80. Won’t use this location again.

Jose RWhen booking online the process was a bit confusing. I definitely did NOT want the extra protection @ $21 but it was unclear on the form when ordering so I ended up being charged for it. Also the $19.95 car + mileage ended up costing me over $53. Not at all happy about that.
