Clean the vans. Also I didn't get the dolly but was charged for it.

I am waiting 5 hours for a call back from Jason Harris. I have called twice. I was charged 20.00 for a "after hours fee." I want to know why. I rented from 1:40 pm till 4:00 pm. [redacted]
Rory DVery friendly guy that works there. Only problem would be that he is the only one there that knows how to check out a U-Haul. If he is not there, you gotta do it online.
