I was a little disappointing because my reservation had issues was not satisfy.when I got there was missing equipment I had to traveler few locations to get my equipment complete their reservations are not hundred percent sure you got my shoes when somebody get reservation. You will have the equipment completely there.

The trailer was full of dirt and had damage to the door seal.

Matthew BI was terribly disappointed when uhaul called and said we couldn’t pick up in Eau Claire like our reservation said. We were already in town and could have picked up in the twin cities on our way over. A more proactive approach on your part would be good. That said Pam in Bloomer was exceptional. 5 stars for her and the Bloomer location, 0 starts for U-Haul as a company.
