I was terribly disappointed when uhaul called and said we couldn’t pick up in Eau Claire like our reservation said. We were already in town and could have picked up in the twin cities on our way over. A more proactive approach on your part would be good. That said Pam in Bloomer was exceptional. 5 stars for her and the Bloomer location, 0 starts for U-Haul as a company.
