The address of the business location IS NOT the address you need to return the vehicle at. The parking lot where you return it is actually on a different block. I had to call and get clarification, which should have been initially provided. However, the person I spoke to on the phone answered promptly and was helpful.

Shanoi GThe pick up was very challenging without a person on site and the texting that was occurring was very unprofessional. Things like "who are you what are you trying to pick up and when did you make the reservation" that was my first interaction followed by "U here" I was frustrated because I lost 25 minutes trying to get a code and communication, then the attitude like I was bothering them....no thank you. I will go somewhere else.
Lynette gLocation was not open, note on door said see barber shop next door, person was not helpful, pointed to another note that gave me a different drop off address. Very hard to find, parking truck was impossible. Helper was rude.
