Location was not open, note on door said see barber shop next door, person was not helpful, pointed to another note that gave me a different drop off address. Very hard to find, parking truck was impossible. Helper was rude.

michael mThe self serve app was hard to navigate. I got my text 11 AM for an 11am reservation however the person I spoke to said my reservation was at 8am. There was a lot of confusion which was super frustrating. The can was clean but had a rear tire low pressure light that was on which prevented me from seeing the initial mileage.
Brett JEverywhere was perfect! I had a small issue trying to get the lock key from it's box to start the van, but a U-Haul advisor walked me thru the process step by step and I started driving right after. Thank you
