Location was not staffed. Ultimately, we were able to return the vehicle using the U-Haul App. Why we were charged $.0.11 and would like it to be refunded to the credit card.
PAUL Ni was charged for insurance that i didn’t ask for and it still hasn’t been refunded. the furniture dolly i rented wasn’t available. two different phone numbers i tried to contact andy didn’t even work
