In my order dolly was included so I thought it will be kept in truck & I have not asked for that at counter, but that was not their so that make my room shifting little hectic.

The employees don't care to talk to you. You get the impression they hate their job and don't care if you as a customer are happy. When in customer service it's your job to try and make the customer happy. Also, only drove 21 miles and still got charged for my 25 miles estimated.

The only flaw was my own. I rented a tow dolly and then found that the car I was to tow had a steering wheel that would not lock, I tied in place as best I could but it still swayed a bit. These tow dollies are fine under better conditions. However in this case I should have chosen the trailer. I have rented U-Haul tow trailers in the past and they have worked quite well.

Cashier was very very rude. This guy is the epitome of poor customer service. I literally walked into the building got to the front of the counter to be great a minute later. Let’s put into perspective how long that is. 60 seconds of no eyes, greetings and even a remote care for a customer being in the room. Once finally served, rep was very condescending and the icing on the cake. The rep has myself and my brother in law walk behind him. To only get into the unit we were renting and move the vehicle 30 feet away. Proceeds to tell me about the halfway mark and to check the gas. (Which the take was under half between 3/8 and 1/2.) Before I can confirm the gas was at the halfway mark the guy was already back in the store. I then told my brother in law to grab him to inform him about the gas. He finally comes back and says bring the gas back here (middle of 3/8 1/2 mark) and puts his initials on the paperwork. This is the complete worst. Not sure if he was crappy at his job or dead inside about his dream job at u-haul. As a quality manager for a fortune 100 company, these qualities are not what frontline a employee should exhibit. I hope there is coaching opportunities for this individual or maybe you should re-train this REPRESENTative, seeing as how he REPRESENTS u-haul and all. Open for discussion on this matter. Please give credit where credit is due.
