Servers were down, according to staff, so the facility was under staffed for pick up and I waited 30+ minutes. Out of the local shop's control, but definitely a factor of choosing UHaul.

Everything went well and the times they were open was very good as we picked up the UHaul at 1 pm and dropped it off before they closed which is 8 pm in the evening. It worked out well for what we needed.

I had called to request a 10 foot Uhaul for my wedding and we needed it from Thursday morning to Saturday. The girl on the phone said that was possible when I spoke with her but when my dad arrived to pick it up Thursday morning at 7am he was told we could only use the Uhaul for 24 hours. The gentleman who checked him out could not answer his questions about difference in sizing and was rude. Just not a pleasant experience.

We have a PO Box as a mailing address which is attached to our credit card. UHaul requires a physical address to be entered into their system, but also sends that address as the billing address for the credit card. For this reason, our credit card kept being declined. The man helping us said there was no way to put a PO Box as the billing address while maintaining a physical address in your system, which seems ludicrous in this day in age. After an unpleasant exchange with the unhelpful and sarcastic customer service rep in Bloomington, we had to find an ATM to get cash out to rent a different vehicle than what we ordered. Every company this day in age separates the customers billing address from physical address when dealing with credit cards. I don't understand why a company who specializes in moving people not do the same! We either got misinformation or UHaul needs to fix their system.
