Our associate was friendly and very helpful. We were able to keep the truck for 50 miles instead of 33 in case we needed to make an extra trip, and he was very accommodating even though we had a small child with us. He also worked very quickly....helpful with the aforementioned small child.

Just wanted to send a special thanks to the employees that were working when we dropped the trailer off on Sunday. We arrived one minute after 5 pm and instead of being greeted with a we are closed they were really friendly and checked us out and had us on our way in 5 minutes.Awesome service.

Very slow service. Zero sense of urgency.
Checkout was very, very slow as there were only 2 working and the phone calls were taking precedent over the customers there to pick up trucks. Employees were not very friendly. The check-in was extremely fast and the employees awesome (also older). The truck was very clean. Work on the morning shift...it needs help. Overall, I would grade you at a B because of the long wait picking up a truck I had already checked in for online. If that were better, you would be A+

First impression was very negative. The man greeting us had a very poor attitude. We pointed that out to him and he eventually apologized. This was our first visit at this location. I would not recommend this location.

Have yet to receive my refund for my damage deposit of $60. It has been over two weeks.

I have extended the U-Haul and I called to the customer service they told ok ...and she told you can drop the truck until 7:00 am we will not charge for the day ....I have asked her twice she said the same...Okay, I thought after the office I can leave the truck...U-haul people have changed me for total 4 days that is bad...because of they confirmation only I thought I can leave after my office but this a worst experience I have with the U-haul customer support...please educate them...I will not refer any of my friends to take the U-Haul ...????

Granted, it was the end of the month, but we had to stand in line over 20 minutes to get our vehicle. It might be good to forewarn people that wait times are longer at the end of the month. The employees were helpful.

The guy that worked there was really nice but it looked like they were short staffed I waited in line for at least 15 mins to get my truck. At first I request a 10" truck on the phone with some lady had it reserved come to find out that I supposedly requested a van which I did not although the van was nice we got everything in. I returned the van back around 8 after closing there was that guy that helped me out at first when I got the van he looked like he was locking up he was nice enough he took my keys checked the van out gave me my total that was excellent service i forgot his name... but overall great experience just need more employees that poor guy was doing everything he definitely needs a raise

The card reader gave me an error when I swiped my debit card. It was not an error on my part, as I used my card successfully before and directly after going to Uhaul. The employee made a joke about me not having enough funds and told me that he'd use the card number (same card) that I had written on the express check-info. He said that would be fine and I got my truck, but he said that if my card ever errorred out again at Uhaul, that I wouldn't be able to get my truck. I was disturbed by that threat since my card is fine! The card reader being wonky is not on the customer, but that should be obvious.

Please offer an option to ask customer if they would like to verify their personal information non verbally. Either written on paper or look at the screen. My phone number and address was repeated several times out loud while inside the store.
