The staff should ask the customer if coverage is needed. Do NOT add things to the bill without asking the customer. Now I have to dispute a charge that I was not asked about or informed of.

They changed my price without my knowledge or permission!!!! my truck died on me and I had to get a jump my over was horrible I will I repeat never rent from this same location again
