During normal hours of operation the management personnel did not unlock the door or come to help. I turned in the truck on the app and dropped the keys in the box, and received a supplemental charge. Please have the supplemental charge refunded. I cannot answer the questions above because it was not open during normal operating hours. The form would not execute while leaving the little ones empty, so I had to put random answers in those boxes. When I arrived, I received a charge for $4.xx. I don't know why. I drove straight from Raleigh to my planned destination directly and turned in the truck two days early - then received an unexpected bill. Please refund the supplementary charge.
JAMES CDamn good thing they had a jack because I was expecting some help to lift the front of the trailer off the hitch and all that was there was a young woman, whose upper body strength was way less than mine!!
