The pick up online was horrible. I got there at 7:05am and didn’t leave til 7:55am. Way too long. I was on hold for most of that time.

CHRISTINA MThe staff at Santa Fe Tow were extremely helpful. They made sure I the auto transport I reserved was installed properly and that I understood how to use it myself. They went the extra mile to oil up the ratches, double check the lights were working properly, and gave me advice on how to drive the vehicle with the auto transport attached. I've never had service this helpful elsewhere. They really cared about making sure I made it to my destination safely with equipment that was functioning properly.
