The lady that helped me return the truck at this facility was excellent. She did say she saw notes on my account where I should receive a $50 credit because the equipment i had originally reserved wasn't available at my original location. She thought it would be issued when my deposit was refunded but it didn't. She advised me if it hadn't been credited by the next day to reach out to Uhaul and see what was going on. Overall she was very helpful, friendly and made the whole process effortless.
