The minute we walked in, it smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that I almost walked out because I am highly allergic. It was worse than an old bar. They did not have enough moving covers, which we had ordered and the ones that we got that were in a bag or full of dirt and got all over my furniture when we opened them out of the bag. The van was filthy inside.. I did not even want to set my things down in the center of the seats because it had not been cleaned. I’ve rented from Uhaul many times and I have never complained..
