Get rid of the floating mileage charges. I booked at $.99 per mile and was charged $1.59 per mile after my one day rental and was told they are always changing. It was a budget killer for my university daughter. As a businessman I do not understand how you can get away with this. The agent, Cathy, was awesome to deal with.
