Absolutely not recommended. It took me over an hour to pick up the truck with the person who helped me at the front desk, even though I had already made a reservation online and entered all the information. She made a mistake when preparing the invoice, and while she was fixing it and everything, an hour passed. When I checked again, the name was misspelled. I understand it was a typo, but all of this delayed my move-in day, and taking an hour and a half to pick up the equipment seems excessive. However, I have four charges on my credit card because she (the person at the front desk) made a double reservation. Now I have to file a claim with the bank.
Gloria HI want a call back. Not a happy customer when I got in the truck I checked the gas line and when returned the truck I put a bit more in. I get a bill for not putting it back to the correct line when it was a bit over. This is incorrect and needs to be fixed.
