I wanted to share feedback regarding a recent van rental experience, as it was quite disappointing compared to my prior rentals. I rented a van on Sunday , 4/26 at around 1:15 PM and left the facility without inspecting the inside of the van. Upon arriving at my destination to pick up a piece of artwork, I discovered that the back of the van was extremely dirty, which was concerning given the item I needed to transport. I immediately called to report the issue. When I returned the van within the 24-hour period, the check-in process was also frustrating. I requested that the vehicle be inspected to confirm mileage and fuel levels to avoid any discrepancies. While I was waiting, the employee assisting me made several outgoing calls before completing my check-in, which caused an unnecessary delay. After the inspection, I requested a printed receipt and was able to confirm that the charges were correct. However, when I mentioned the condition of the van, my concern was dismissed. Notably, after I had completed the return, I observed the vehicle being cleaned. I have pictures to prove. I’ve rented from this location before and have had very positive experiences with Nadine, which is why this stood out. I would appreciate your attention to both vehicle cleanliness standards and customer service during the return process. Thank you for your time, and I hope future experiences reflect the level of service I’ve had in the past.
