The breaks on the truck are not working properly I had to run 2 red lights because the breaks didn’t work when pressed at a slow speed. I had to keep 1/2 mile distance for cars in front of me to ensure I wouldn’t hit them because of the breaks it happened with snd without a haul. You need to test drive the truck before renting them out and don’t rely on feedback to know if there’s a problem
Xiomara LOverall I had a great experience but the drop off felt dishonest. I returned the Uhaul at 4pm at Sunday and even called Uhaul to let them know. The return wasn’t logged until nearly the end of the next day, Monday, which resulted in my being charged for an extra full day. I would have expected it to be logged in the morning on Monday since I’d already dropped the key and vehicle and had called. The drop off logged almost 7 hours into the day on Monday felt disingenuous and a reason to charge me an extra day.
Jason LTruck was bad, 106000 miles, odometer was incorrect. Gas meter fid not work. I put 80$ of gas in truck🙄 Bad experience, major overcharges!
