I got a call the night before that my rental location changed from down the street from me to about 15 miles away. When I got there, the person that does the rentals was not there. They call them on the phone and did it over the phone. Person was very hard to understand. I requested an appliance cart and dolly. The appliance cart was in another truck and they didn't even have a dolly. When I went to pay for it, I had to give my CC info over the phone in a very public location and the person taking it read it aloud. This is illegal to do. How do i know where they were or who was around them to be repeating my information out loud. Not to mention patrons at the location could hear my conversation. They told me I wouldn't be charged for the dolly, but when I got my receipt, I was charged for it. I call the U-Haul number and they said they would take care of it. But it was never removed from my CC. The back of the truck had chicken feathers in it, the windows were very dirty inside and out. The engine made a terrible noise once it was started. It went away after a while though. Very unprofessional transaction all the way around. I was billed for additional mileage that was due to them changing the location of the pickup. I had to drive back to my home, and my moving to location was out of the town I was going to and the dropoff was on the other side of town. I got charged for all this extra mileage. Very poor experience.

I rented the truck online and was supposed to pick up at a location close to my house. The day before pick up I get an email that the location to pick up was changed to a place farther away from my house. And online I opted out for the Save Move option. When I picked up the truck I was charged for $85 for the Safe Move that i did not want. When I went to the chat online with Uhaul I was told I had to wait until I returned in the truck.
Robert LWas told by the store clerk the key was in a lockbox outside. It wasn't...it was haging inside and found that out after I have gotten the code to the lockbox. Also, the windshield of the vehicle was so dirty (inside and out) that I had to clean it before I drove it. There was dog hair in the cab between the seats. The vehicle was a in good maintenance order, but...
Nathan RThe worker inside was helpful, but there were bees swarming the Uhaul. The Uhaul was covered in dog slobber and smelt like a wet dog. There’s no cell phone service so it was difficult to check into the uhaul app.
Hayleigh GPerson at store was very nice. App would not work took almost 1and half hours to pickup truck. Finally got in contact to load manager and was able to get truck. Never again
