Moving is stressful enough you increase that level by tenfold I was told I had a truck at a certain location. It wasn’t available. I was told I was gonna get a discount. I never did. I was charged $30 for gas after I already filled the tank it was unbelievable terrible

BRADLEY BWe were supposed to have an appliance dolly and furniture dolly. They weren’t in the truck.
Dustin Btruck wasn't available when I showed up at the Caldwell location and had to go to a Boise location for them to find me a truck.
David NThere isn't a sign that says there are more u haul in the back or that there is a back parking lot for those who are doing mobile pick up.
