This was an absolutely fantastic rental experience. Christine was simply wonderful in assisting with incredibly robust communication, had our truck on a ready in cold weather, checked us in with great efficiency and had us on the road quickly. We arrived back after hours around 10:30pm and even had personal service in getting the truck returned in 14 degree weather. This location is a 10 mile drive from my residence and I have much closer options, but I will not use any other pick up location than this from now on! A wonderful and fun added bonus was being gifted a super cute little jar of body scrub! Thank you for a great experience!

JASON AWas very dark, got charged a cleaning fee. Sent a message as to why have not heard back. We sweep truck and took a pic before we left so would like an exclamation. Also was charged a cleaning fee 1/2 hour after leaving truck in a dark area so not sure what is going on.
