I was charged an extra $100.00 deposit and the lady was in too big of a hurry to get to her next appointment that she wasn't able to give me more clarity on the extra $100.00 charge. And then a week after the uhaul was returned they attempted to charge me another $60.00 that the $100.00 deposit was supposed to cover.

Christine was simply wonderful in assisting with incredibly robust communication, had our truck on a ready in cold weather, checked us in with great efficiency and had us on the road quickly. We arrived back after hours around 10:30pm and even had personal service in getting the truck returned in 14 degree weather. This location is a 10 mile drive from my residence and I have much closer options, but I will not use any other pick up location than this from now on! A wonderful and fun added bonus was being gifted a super cute little jar of body scrub! Thank you for a great experience!
