Got there at 12:42pm. Was told it closed at 1:00pm by representative. Door said it closed at 2:00pm. Other customers were driving up and getting aggravated because no one was there. Had to call customer service to try to get pickup resolved and walked us through the app for pickup. We didn’t have the blankets or the equipment that was needed. So we went to two locations across town to get what we needed. Took us almost 3 hours to do all this. Terrible experience.
