You could do nothing. The lady that took care of me in the morning was very professional and took care of every need I had.
DAVID SHorrible . Rented on a Thursday 11am returned at 5:30pm Same day - not only did i call and clear before dropping off they charged me 20.00 extra both days because i returned to same rental Outfit after hours . Makes no sense . I literally returned than 6 hours when they are only open until 5 . How the heck do they expect to charge 20 extra per day if someone can’t make it (even under 24 hrs) when there business hours on Sundays are 12-3pm? So if i rent Saturday at 10 and and return 9am Sunday because they aren’t open they charge? Lady was rude , condescending / also was told i had to do insurance when my insurance covers. So used two separate days 5 hours and cost me 90.00 because $70 unnecessary fees? For 20.00 rental and mileage ? I will be Calling corporate- horrible experience.

Ryan HAn informed email prior to pick-up on what steps are required to do at pick up and return. I was unaware that all but getting my keys was done on the U haul app.
