WILLIAM SCustomers should be directed to park on 216th street if U-Haul lit is not available for short term parking. The U-Haul lot was empty all day and customers are directed to not park in the lot.
Tess ZSchool your clerks! They seem not to really know what they’re doing. Understand people who are renting your trucks are already making a hectic schedule work. It doesn’t help when you move truck locations & do not understand what 3/8 of a tank of gas actually is when itv as really a little over 1/2 full!. This messes up the return if there is conflicting information.
