Rocky's tire shop really has nothing to do with Uhaul. They have a box mounted on their wall - that's it so I'm not sure why the question is stated this way. This review should be adjusted so it makes sense to how the process and app. works. It doesn't seem like the people writing the app or developing the process have used the process much. I had to make many phone calls at first to figure it out. Never (to my knowledge) ever received a code for the key box. When I scheduled my rental I chose Cubby Hole Uhaul storage in Louisiana so I could talk to a human and check the vehicle out from a human. Somewhere along the way the location was changed on me or I didn't realize it was changed so I wound up taking an Uber from the airport to Cubby Hole only to find out my rental was in an empty parking lot next to Rocky's tire shop. I had to pay for 2 Uber rides. The Uhaul process needs some work - it's confusing the first time, I couldn't imagine if someone doesn't use their cell phone much. I think someone from your Senior leadership team that doesn't know the process should give it a shot without someone coaching them how to do it. Based on their feedback tune up the process.

Location was not clean. I did not need to go inside. There was no signage for U-Haul. Staff person was outside and took the keys.
