Dashon HThere are many locations listed for U-Haul, but not all have vehicles. Twice I have reserved at a close location, and been sent to other locations for pickup.
Joshua IShould let people know in advance if they will need to unlock the keys themselves or if someone will be there to help.
JOHN SThe parking lot, particularly entrance from and exit to highway are deeply rutted and, because of recent rain, hard to determine where to drive to avoid the potholes/dips. Also, no signage as to wheee to park or leave vehicles or even if one can leave a vehicle.
