The process at the location was great, but the app just adds things that they say are not required. Furthermore, the van that I got was filthy, trash and food wrappers stuffed in every space available. The van's cabin interior is dirty and grimy. While I do not expect pristine conditions, there is clearly an absence of maintenance.
