I rented to pick up at a different location but there were no trucks available and I had to look for this other location to make my move happen on time.

ASRAT TWe offered moving blanket with our rental which was not available and we're made to feel as though it was a big favour to remove the cost from our bill. We were approached several times to offer us a larger truck or trailer at not additional cost ... fuel would be an additional cost that we should not incur to move equipment for U-Haul.
KENNETH JCustomer Service poured the back of the U-Haul was dirty and the first location was even worse cause I went there for 6 AM and nobody was there and I was outside with a bunch of coyotes in the dark cause I had taken a U-Haul there. I’m still waiting on a mandarin name Lucy to call me back to give me a $50 credit so I did not have a good experience with U-Haul. I am very disappointed.
