Hi there, - The vehicle was stuck in snow with snow plough mounds on all sides . It took me 30 min to get out of it. When I asked for help , I was given a windscreen snow cleaner tool - there was heaps of snow on the vehicle and windscreen - there were no winter tires on the vehicle
