Location owner was not prepared for me to pick up before opening hours. They were also late opening. Did not have dolly I paid for in the truck.

I'm not sure how to rate the location as it was difficult to move the vehicle initially. It was a plaza parking lot and the 15' truck was parked face in requiring it be backed out where other vehicles were parked. I have CBZ experience so was able to get it out but I'm sure it would be extremely difficult for someone with less experience. Having said that, The clerk within the store was excellent and helpful. I would suggest the vehicles be parked after delivery in a designated spot, backed in, where there is adequate room to maneuver them upon pickup.
