It was a fine experience only thing I didn’t like is the hidden total cost. Wish the company was more transparent about how much the trip would cost at the end before booking instead of surprising you with the total at the end

Hi there, - The vehicle was stuck in snow with snow plough mounds on all sides . It took me 30 min to get out of it. When I asked for help , I was given a windscreen snow cleaner tool - there was heaps of snow on the vehicle and windscreen - there were no winter tires on the vehicle
