Equipment was not accessible at the time the reservation was made had as it was not set up for mobile pickup. No communication for this left me standing outside for an hour waiting for the store to open.

Kent FOnline check-in system was down and customer service had 5-10 minute wait. Not the first time this has happened. This should be removed as an option if not available for certain locations.
Stacey CThere was no fuel cap. After loading my itmes I went to gas station, shockingly there was no fuel cap, it was just wrapped with plastic, I had no choice to move and took the risk of driving. This is very serious, I have the pics and videos made and would never try Uhaul ever again. Hime depot vehicles are much better and cheaper, unfortunately I couldn't get one today.
