When we picked up the truck there was no dolly, but it is still charging me for one. The truck was also on empty.

Brady MMaybe a bit more gas in the tank as the contract states it should have x amount. The owners of the store were lovely though.

Joseph NI have to say, it may be just me, but I found access to your vehicles using the App on a holiday when the location is closed a little challenging. I do appreciate and say "Good on you" when I received a text advising me there was a Truck available instead of the Trailer I had reserved. It was a challenge from there, got a lot of circling on the app. But in the end, I found a truck, clean and easy to access. So, in the end, it was a good experience.
