This truck was old and in my opinion not safe ! It wouldn’t track on the road , steering was very loose so the truck was all over the road The truck wouldn’t start so I had to be rescued by my friend who brought a booster pack that I took with me
Craig EI have been using U-Haul trucks and trailers for a long time. I haven’t used one in three years so when I went to go and get my truck, I was very surprised that it is only credit card payment now that is very inconvenient. And the lady whom I rented the truck from had told me that my miles were included, and I had unlimited miles, and then I got charged for miles. I am in need of a truck in two weeks and I am not sure if I am going to go with U-Haul
