How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was very frustrating when your payment system didn’t work. I tried 4 different cards and finally had to call someone to bring cash. What should have been a short time took nearly 1.5 hours!!!!!

Keith JDidnt have to do much. Was given directions where to park the trailer and the service guy came out and said all the paperwork was done while we were unhooking and said an email was sent to me to close off the contract. We were good to go without any issues.
