Nataliya DI had called the drop off kation about turning the truck 2 days late, as we had other family members traveling with me in another vehicle that got hit by another driver on our move from Tucson to Montana. Our vehicle was totaled and we were stuck trying to figure out a way to continue our trip to Montana for my daughter, son-in-law and 4 grandkids. I was charged an additional $58.24 for the extra days rental that I would ask that you may possibly be able to refund me due to the unfortunate accident beyond our control. Aso just for your records there was an issue with the truck after I picked up and gassed up that said there was a fuel cap issue and the check engine light came on. I was instructed Ted to go to the uhaul on E Benson Hwy, Tucson, to have it looked at they were not helpful at all and we're not even staffed to do anything. Basically told me nothing could be done. I also had to go way out of my way to pick up up the truck and tow dolly at 2 different locations that were not even close to the location I had requested to do a pickup at S Rita Rd.
