Website is painful but staff are great to deal with at pick up location and drop off location
Henry OThe guy working there was unbelievably unprofessional. I was yelled at and cussed at before he realized that I was a customer. Call me if you want more details on the matter. I left a message with the Livingston U-Haul, but I haven’t heard back.(and I am never want to complain like this.) So… don’t use this gentleman‘s business for a U-Haul location… ever again
KRISTIN BToo remote, didn't have moving boxes, was in an auto repair shop. There were other ligit Uhaul locations we passed on our way to this location.
Brandt SCurt was super helpful. I’m not from the area and my original drop off location was Ennis MT which was a 2 hour drive. I called him and asked if I could drop the trailer there because I was only a few minutes away. He made the needed phone call and said he could take it with an extra charge. Excellent experience.
