All was good when I handed the manager my business in his hand and after telling him more than 6 times where I was dropping off my vehicle he STILL didn't listen and set the truck to one location and the auto transport to where it should go and the tow dolly to the right location so he clearly knew what he was doing but screwed me over by then telling me to call the 800 line for help. TOTALLY BS!!! This guy pisses me off and now has me fighting your company to get the additional charges reversed. This idiot should be fired for his games. I hope I never see the guy again that I treated so kindly and he screwed me and knew it. I will be sharing this with every social site I can about Kelley the crooked manager.

More employees. The wait time was so long. They extended my drop off time to reflext the long wait but if a customer does express on line there shouldn't be a half hour wait in line at the store

I was in line almost an hour before being able to have manager Kelly help me. He was able to advise me to contact uhaul 800 number so pick up location to cover this $12.33 I was being charged and shouldn't have been. I do not ever want to rent a truck from uhaul again.

Kelly, the “General Manager@ was the only one helping customers. He didn’t acknowledge the 6 of us in line at all when he got up and walked away from the desk. He made snarky comments under his breath; never apologized for the wait; and, when a customer said he’d never use U-haul again his response was “oh well, did you include your payment?” Then he radioed outside to have one of the workers stop the man until they were sure the tuck he returned had been paid for. NO concern whatsoever for the customer or the rest of us who were witnessing the exchange. Also, picking up a tow dolly after doing online check-in should not have taken 45 minutes.

Waiting time was long with only one person servicing for reservation. I waited 45mins. to get a reservation and feel there should be more then one person to accommodate such an active place.

Terribly disappointed this time with U-Haul charge an extra day talk to customer service said they want to charge me for the extra day take up with supposed to be at 10:30 in the morning wasn't able to get the U-Haul until 2 p.m. they gave me a U-Haul from Florida to Michigan with no cruise control absolutely terrible this time

Very long wait to pick up truck even though we had called ahead with order. Service counter people VERY slow with no sense of urgency. When we returned the incompetence. Waited in line for over 30 minutes, then clerk says, "oh, you're just turning in, just go outside" Went outside, the worker says I can't find your paperwork in the system, even though I have printed papers in my hand. Tells me to go back inside. I flipped. I had just waited 30 minutes for the guy to tell me to go outside. So, I go back inside, walk past the line of waiting customers, and demand that someone "FIND" my paperwork. The counter rep found my paperwork and I was FINALLY able to turn in the truck. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
