About an hour into my trip I noticed my allergies started going crazy. Couldn’t figure what was wrong with me. Sneezing, coughing, watery eyes, itchy throat, wheezing, and sudden triggers of asthma attack. I stopped and looked throughly throughout the cabin and to my surprise I seen pet hairs and dander everywhere. To say the least.. My 16 hr trip went horrible. I deserve a complete refund for this horrible experience!

This review does not capture the absolutely awful treatment I received from U-Haul the company. I rented a 15 ft truck to take a substantial load to my home in Georgia. I prepaid for a promised a 10 foot truck for a return from Georgia to my home in Florida. I got a call while in Georgia unloading telling me I could not have a 10 foot truck but could get a 15 ft truck for my return. As I was unloading a 15 ft truck I said, OK just let me keep the truck I have as I have it on-site and have people available to load it with what I was taking back. I was told that would be OK but I would now have to pay 99 cents a mile instead of 48 cents a mile. You failed to deliver on the promised truck and you want to charge me extra miles. Hard to justify. The next day I called the location that I was told to go to for the 15 ft truck I was forced by you to use for my return. The guy at the location said I don't know why they are sending you to me, I only have a 26 footer. I then called you Customer Dis-Service department who passed me to scheduling who then claimed there was a 10 ft truck for me in Dawsonville. I said I would be OK with picking that up but put me on hold and call this place to make certain the 10 ft truck would be waiting. After 5 minutes the scheduler came back on to inform me the truck was no longer available. If I had not insisted this happen I would have traveled all the way from my home in Cleveland, Ga. to Dawsonville only to find the 10 ft truck I really needed was not available. I was then directed back to another location in Gainesville, Ga. that had ( you guessed it) a 15 ft truck. I insisted again that the scheduler call and confirm it would be waiting for me. I then brought the truck back to my home where I had to load it myself (remember I tried to keep the original truck when I had help available). This is absolutely AWFUL performance by U-Haul the company (not the locations where I eventually obtained a truck). I will do my best to tell everyone I know about this and I will do everything I can to avoid using you in the future.

When you have a line of customers and 2 reps behind the counter both should take customers instead of 1 working and 1 standing there doing nothing but talking about how he wants to be a manager? A manager would recognize the need for customer service.

Machine for card slow and I got charged 74 dollars that shouldn’t have been charged to my bank account. Not a happy customer here. Tryin to get charge resolved but hard to get hold of someone to take care of it

It took over an hour from the time I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Only on person was working the counter despite the line being out the door. He was working his butt off. However there were two or three guys outside doing nothing. I have rented U-Haul a for moving for 20 years and this was by far the worst experience.

Can’t think of any improvements. I went in a couple of days early to check wiring harness on my truck because lights didn’t work in an older trailer I tried to borrow. They were accommodating and checked out the lights which did work with UHaul trailer

although the truck was clean it had 1 blinker that was out. the roof on the box leaked getting my contents wet. office service was great, but they only had 1 customer rep. this locatin needs more help especially on the weekend . waited for over 1.5 hoursto check in. i was already checked in the day prior.

The folks at this location are great. But the U-Haul rental system takes so long at any location. And most locations only have one person working a computer so the lines get very long

Over an hour to get checked in also while in line the agent waited on the gentleman beside me first. The agent was the only man there and did the best he could by himself. Help is definitely new at this location.

Best setup I ever seen people were great and I told them problems I had and said to let U-Haul know and may give me some credit back off bill back of what I went through

I was charged $53.39,because the kid did not check me in correctly.should have only been charged $26.70.still waiting for my $53.39.

You only had one person up front to handle customers... There were other folks upside but I guess they aren't cross trained to handle incoming customers. There was a large crowd waiting t be served. The person serving all of us was great. Friendly and did a great job. But he needed help. When Publix is crowded they open up another line. You should do the same. Thanks
