We didn’t like that there is no actual person on the premises. We had ordered a dolly and there were none there. Also the truck didn’t have blankets or covers. They also charged me for an extra day even though I brought back after one day. The onscreen person isn’t enough to resolve issues I then spent an hour calling this location and then had to call U-Haul corp to resolve Overall More time spent then I needed to trying to resolve .. I would go directly to an actual U-Haul location and not a third party.

Truck was not prepared. No moving blankets as ordered, not cleaned or filled up with gas. Virtal assist was very good, but no one at location.
STEVE IManager didn’t make arrangements for me to unlock remotely to get key. Had to wait a half hour for him to show up at 9:00. Not good customer service
Pam SI am extremely disappointed with the service . They moved my reservation to a different location last minute then changed my pricing . I was told they would adjust the pricing when i brought it back and then they said no one said that and I can’t talk to the person that priced it . I would never do business with them agian
