Stephen DThe location is great and that's the only reason I'd come back. Being rented a dirty truck with unadjustable driver's seat, fixed visor, doors you literally have to slam shut to properly secure, and an app that doesn't allow you to leave comments makes me want to find another rental company. That awful seat left me with a back ache hours after I returned the truck. U-haul was nice enough to remove the late fee when they realized the truck was returned on time - the problem being I couldn't complete the return process on the app. U-haul should have offered to refund the entire rental fee based on the terrible experience.
JOSEPH MEquipment was not clean nor in good condition other than the drive train that operated smoothly. The tank was not full when I picked up the vehicle yet I filled it when I returned it. The drivers sun visor was broken, there were holes in the dashboard where the headlight and dome lights once were. The driver’s seat was ripped and the seat cushion was squished. I’m happy to supply you with pictures if you care - which you should.
